Current Series"The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever." - Isaiah 40:8
This sermon series, “Now That He’s Here,” will help answer the question, “What did Jesus come to do?” Over the next few weeks, we will take a front row seat and observe Jesus having a variety of personal encounters with different people throughout His life. We’ll use this New Testament narrative like a photo album by taking a more in depth look at these snapshot encounters.
The fact is, whether years, months, days or just a few moments, every time someone experienced the living Lord, He never left them the same as He found them. That’s our prayer for each of us as we set out to seek and find Jesus in our everyday lives. If you’re looking for God and have questions regarding your faith, we trust that you’ll see the life-giving gift God has in store for you. If you’re already a Christ-follower, might you discover that the same power that gives life can also change lives.
So let’s commit to looking for Jesus right where we are, all the while growing more confident and certain that His heart has long been set on finding us!
Don’t miss a message, and pray for every opportunity to show and share the Word of God at work in you, for you, and through you.
This week’s memory verse…
“For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.”
